Sanchita Sheth

Sanchita Sheth is a seasoned product design engineer with a focus on mechanical and hardware design, currently working at Rivian as a Senior Product Design Engineer in the Charging department since October 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Lunar Energy and Cafe X, where significant contributions were made towards compliance and the assembly processes of robotic coffee kiosks. Sanchita has also interned at Tesla, providing valuable engineering support for the Model 3, and worked with the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute on additive manufacturing research. Early career experiences include roles at Godrej & Boyce and Orion Racing India, where Sanchita developed design skills in refrigeration components and managed administrative tasks for a Formula Student team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering.
