Tanmay Patil

Tanmay Patil is a Sr. Solutions Engineer specializing in ECAD & PLM at Rivian since June 2021, previously serving as a PLM Solution Engineer II. Prior to Rivian, Tanmay worked at Dassault Systèmes from September 2018 to June 2021 as an Industry Process Consultant Specialist, focusing on implementing 3DEXPERIENCE Digital Manufacturing for mechanical processes at BOEING, and also served as a Solution Consultant and Application Consultant. Tanmay's experience includes a role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kettering University, where research involved parametric analysis and design of exhaust subsystems, and as a Project Trainee at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Tanmay holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Systems from Kettering University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Don Bosco Institute of Technology.
