Victor Rojas

Victor Rojas is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Closures TPM at Rivian since March 2020, Victor has held roles including Project Manager and Principal Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Principal Engineer at Faraday Future and Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where Victor led the development of Door Systems for the Ford Transit and holds two automotive patents. Earlier in the career, Victor contributed to Nissan Mexicana S.A. de C.V. as an Exterior Systems Engineer, successfully increasing local content in vehicle lines through supplier development. Victor holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
