Shannon Cumberlidge has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Shannon began their career with Joe Berry Australian Retail Executive Award, where they were a finalist in 2011. From there, they joined Simplot Australia Pty Ltd, where they served as a Vendor Replenishment Planner for Coles from 2009 to 2010. Shannon then transitioned into customer marketing roles, handling various brands like Birdseye, Edgell, and Meals from 2010 to 2013. Afterward, Shannon took up the position of National Account Manager for Woolworths from 2013 to 2014. Shannon moved on to SunRice and held several roles, including National Account Manager Retail from 2014 to 2015 and National Sales Manager for Coles from 2015 to 2017. Alongside their roles at SunRice, Shannon pursued an MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School as a student from 2017 to 2021. Following their graduation, they joined Sanofi as the Channel Lead for Grocery and held the position from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Shannon is the Head of Sales at Riviana Foods, where they started in February 2021.
Shannon Cumberlidge pursued their Bachelor of Arts & Business degree in Journalism & Marketing from Monash University between 2003 and 2007. Afterwards, they went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 2017 to 2020.
