Blaine Aaron has a diverse work experience in the fields of strategy analysis, advisory roles, government, and legislative affairs. Blaine is currently working as an Expert Strategy Analyst at Rividium Inc, where they develop defense intelligence frameworks and updates defense intelligence strategies. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Strategy Advisor and Board Member at Pherson Associates, where they provided expert advice to various entities and served as an advisory board member for two enterprises. Blaine also volunteered as a community advocate for senior citizens. Blaine Aaron has also held a significant position at the U.S. Department of Defense, serving as the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Budget and Appropriations. In this role, they managed the Department's budget and fiscal authorities, interfaced with congressional committees and senior Defense Department executives, and provided top-level direction and guidance. Before joining the Department of Defense, Blaine Aaron worked as a Principal at PRTM Management Consultants, injecting operational strategy and innovation into government programs and conducting market analysis for defense contractors. Blaine started their career in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving as the Legislative Director for Congressman Henry J. Hyde.

Blaine Aaron began their education at Deerfield Academy, where they obtained a College Preparatory School Diploma in an unspecified field of study. Blaine then went on to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1975 to 1979. There, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. After a gap in their educational pursuits, Blaine Aaron resumed their studies in 1986 at Troy University. Blaine completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in International Relations in 1987.
