Jean Delgado

Jean Delgado is currently the Executive Chef at Riviera Dining Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jean held the position of Executive Chef at InterContinental Miami from June 2017 to June 2022, and at W Hotels from January 2014 to June 2017. Previously, Jean worked as a Sous Chef at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from September 2010 to December 2013. Jean obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale from 2003 to 2006. Jean's culinary journey has been marked by a series of prestigious roles in the hospitality industry, showcasing a strong commitment to culinary excellence and management.
