Josh Narva

Josh Narva is an accomplished talent advisory professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as Partner - Talent Advisory at Riviera Partners since September 2025, Josh previously held the position of Talent Advisor in the Office of the CEO at Google from December 2020 to September 2025. Prior to that, Josh was with Sonos, Inc., where roles included Global Head of Talent, Global Head of Recruiting, and Director of Executive Recruiting from September 2011 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President, People at Mark Logic Corporation from April 2003 to June 2011 and Director of Recruiting at Harmonic Communications from April 2000 to June 2002. Josh began a career in People and Talent after earning a BA (honors) in Government & Law from Lafayette College in January 1996.
