Matt Skiba

Matt Skiba is a seasoned professional in executive recruiting and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Partner at Riviera Partners since October 2024. Previously, as VP of Talent at Genies from 2020 to October 2024, Skiba significantly expanded the company’s workforce from 15 to over 140, establishing the first executive team and enhancing the candidate experience. During tenure at Snap Inc. from 2016 to 2020, Skiba held multiple roles, including Head of Global Executive Recruiting, where notable executive searches were conducted across various senior positions. Earlier experience also includes roles at True Search and Gordon & Rees LLP, alongside a strong foundation in business development and client management. Matt Skiba holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Santa Clara University.
