Thomas Green

Thomas Green is a seasoned executive search professional, currently serving as a Partner at Riviera Partners since October 2022, where responsibilities include sourcing top leadership talent in product, engineering, data, and design across various industries. Prior to this role, Thomas spent a decade as a Partner at Calibre One, specializing in management-level searches across functions. With experience as Head of Digital Technology Practice at The MBS Group and a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, Thomas was promoted to Partner in 2007. Earlier career milestones include co-founding Search Value Partners to support Kinnevik AB's investment portfolio and serving as Associate Director at Actua Corporation. Additionally, Thomas held the position of Head of Research for the TMT Practice at Nicholson Search and Selection Ltd after starting in research roles. Initial career experience includes working as an Engineer in Research & Product Development at Domino Printing. Educationally, Thomas holds a BEng degree in Production Engineering & Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
