Warren Dewar

Warren Dewar has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Warren currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Riviera Partners, a tech-enabled search and recruiting firm. Prior to that, they worked as a Consulting CFO at Burkland, providing financial support to high-growth and startup companies.

Before joining Burkland, Dewar served as the CFO of Harmless Harvest, a consumer packaged goods company. During their tenure, they successfully managed the company's international operations and complex supply chain while closing significant financial deals.

Warren also held the position of CFO at Apiary, a software company, overseeing its sale process to Oracle. Additionally, Dewar served as the CFO and Board Director of Black Lotus Communications, a network security company.

Dewar gained valuable private equity experience at Industry Capital Advisors, leading investment evaluations in information security and Internet infrastructure. Warren also worked as a Director of M&A at Antares International Partners, providing strategic advisory services to various industries.

Warren'searly career includes serving as the CFO and Co-Founder of Pay By Touch, a biometric electronic payments company, and working in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and Corporate Finance at Banc of America Securities.

Throughout their career, Dewar has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, M&A, and fundraising, with a focus on technology and startup companies.

Warren Dewar has obtained an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School. Warren also holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a CPA certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
