Giuseppe Petro is currently employed as a server/sommelier at Riviera Restaurant since August 2016. Prior to this, Giuseppe was the owner of Bistro Ambrosia from June 2006 to July 2016, and worked as a sommelier/waiter at Vittoria Trattoria from May 2002 to June 2006. Giuseppe has completed the Advanced level 3 program in wine steward/sommelier at WSET International Wine School in 2004. Giuseppe also holds a degree in Wine Stewart/sommelier from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, as well as certifications in network administration from CDI College Ottawa and culinary studies from Cite Collegiale.
