Chloe Orta

Chloe Orta, an associate at Rivkin Radler, has a commercial litigation practice involving insurance matters at the trial and appellate level.

Chloe earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she received book awards in her social policy seminar, collaborative law, and civil clinic.

She is an active supporter of First Tee of North Florida and the American Heart Association, where she advocates for greater access to electrocardiograms for all student athletes. She is a member of the Ponte Vedra Woman’s Club.
