Howard M. Merkrebs

Howard M. Merkrebs has tried dozens of cases to verdict over the course of almost 25 years in practice. He has successfully defended complex lawsuits involving medical and dental malpractice, negligence claims against nursing/rehabilitation care facilities, and toxic tort actions such as lead paint, asbestos, and chemical exposures.
