Phil Jones

Phil Jones has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Phil is currently working at Rivos Inc. as a Principal Engineer, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Qualcomm, where they held various roles including Senior Staff Engineer from August 2015 and Principal Engineer from January 2017 until March 2023. Before joining Qualcomm, they worked at CSR as a Principal Engineer, specializing in Analog RF/IC Design. Phil also held the position of Senior Staff Engineer at Silicon Laboratories from July 2012 to June 2013. Phil Jones began their career at Ember Corporation as an Electronic Engineer from April 2004 until July 2012, followed by a role as an Electronic Engineer at TTPCom from October 2000 to April 2004. Phil started their professional journey at Cambridge Consultants as an Electronic Engineer from October 1995 to October 2000.

From 1991 to 1995, Phil Jones attended the University of Oxford, where they obtained a degree in Engineering Science with a specialization in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) program in the same field of study during the same time period.
