Victoria joined the Rivus team in 2020, with a proven track record of delivering people transformation, business, and cultural change programmes across a range of sectors, including Automotive, Retail and Financial Services.

In her role as HR Director, Victoria leads the business on developing high performing teams in fast paced environments, investing in their people, and the integration of their colleagues across their LCV and HGV operations.
