Johan van Klinken

Johan van Klinken has a diverse and extensive work experience. Johan is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Riwal since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director Commercial and Regional Director Mid/South Europe at Riwal. Johan also served as the Country Manager Benelux at Riwal from September 2015 to September 2019.

Before joining Riwal, Johan held various positions at different companies. Johan was a Member of the Supervisory Board at Care Autoschade from January 2014 to May 2015. Johan also served as the CEO of Care International from January 2005 to December 2013.

Johan has a long association with LeasePlan, where they held multiple roles. Johan served as the CEO of LeaseConcept from May 2000 to December 2004. Prior to that, they were the CEO of LeasePlan Hungary from November 1998 to May 2000. Johan also held the position of Director Corporate Development at LeasePlan, where they played a crucial role in setting up new LeasePlan subsidiaries in various countries. Johan was responsible for both greenfields and acquisitions, successfully starting up 5 subsidiaries in Europe and 3 outside Europe. Johan also worked as the Manager DAF Lease and Senior Consultant during their tenure at LeasePlan.

Johan began their career at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Consultant from November 1987 to November 1990.

Johan van Klinken earned their Master of Science degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1981 and 1987.
