The leaders at RIWI all come from different backgrounds, but all have a passion for technology. The VP of engineering, for example, comes from Reinvent Technology, where they worked on developing new ways to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. They also have a background in education, which they believe helps them understand the needs of their team and the company as a whole.
