Annie Wheat

Annie Wheat has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Annie currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at RIX Industries since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Manager at the same company from March 2020 to March 2022, where they were responsible for all people-based activities across two locations, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

Before joining RIX Industries, Annie worked at Constellation Brands from October 2017 to February 2020. Additionally, they were involved in coordinating, tracking, and communicating complicated and confidential shareholder transactions associated with the sale of the company.

Finally, Annie worked at Nova Group, Inc. from July 2011 to February 2016. Annie started as a Contract Administrator, handling the coordination, preparation, and distribution of purchase orders and subcontracts. Annie'srole also included ensuring compliance with contract terms and maintaining digital and paper files. Later, they transitioned to the position of HR Generalist, where they provided coordination and administrative support for recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee administration.

Annie Wheat attended Sunnyslope High School from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their GED. After that, they pursued a degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Phoenix College from 1988 to 1990, although the specific degree name is unknown. Later, Annie attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition to their educational achievements, they also obtained a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley in April 2013.
