Wid al-Atawi

Wid Al-Atawi, with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, possesses extensive experience in human capital and operations management. Currently serving as an Employer of Choice Committee Member and SVP - Head of People Operations, Technology & Communication Dept. at Riyad Bank since August 2022, Wid oversees people services, technology, and communication initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at the Public Investment Fund as SVP - Head of Human Capital Services and Senior Business Partner, where project management across various sectors was a key focus. Previous positions include leadership in employee experience at SALIC and human resources management at Jawharat Tuwaiq. Wid also holds the Associate level in CIPD (Level 5).
