Waheed Irfan

Waheed Irfan possesses extensive experience in innovation and program management within the aviation sector, currently serving as the Director of Innovation and Program Management at Riyadh Air. Previously, Waheed held multiple leadership roles at Etihad, including Head of Technology and Innovation for Airline Operations and Midfield Terminal, as well as Airline and Airport Portfolio Delivery Lead and Senior Business Engagement Manager. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Manager of IT Service Management at Heathrow, Consultant Service Manager at Deutsche Bank, and Service Management Consultant/Project Manager at Ordnance Survey. Waheed Irfan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Aston University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
