Roshan Fida

Roshan Fida serves as a Technical Advisor and Senior Coordinator for Gender, Training, and Research at RIZ Consulting since April 2004, where responsibilities include project planning, implementation, capacity assessments, and gender-responsive training development. Additionally, Roshan has managed a cohort project funded by the Packard Foundation, enhancing organizational effectiveness and internal communication for member organizations. Past experiences include roles as a Senior Resource Person for FAO, Senior Expert for Palladium, and Gender Consultant for Cowater International Inc., focusing on gender mainstreaming and capacity building in various training contexts. Roshan also contributed as a National Gender Expert for GFA Consulting Group GmbH, supporting the integration of gender into GIZ programs in Pakistan. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Women and Gender Studies from Allama Iqbal Open University.
