Kate Arroyo

Kate Arroyo is currently serving as an Operations Analyst - Junior Assistant Manager at RCBC, where responsibilities include roles in Customer Care, Treasury Operations, and ATM & MPOS Deployment & Monitoring. Prior experience includes a management trainee position at NielsenIQ, an Analytics & Insights intern role at BORZO, and business development engagements with AIA. Kate also interned in data analytics at the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers-PUP Student Chapter and held leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President for Academics & Research Affairs in the National Student Chapter and Director for Marketing at the PUP Student Chapter. Additional contributions include training underserved youths as part of the ASEAN Data Science Explorers initiative. Kate Arroyo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
