Van Le is an experienced HR and operations leader currently serving as the Head of People at Rize Education since April 2025, where responsibilities include leading people and recruiting efforts. Prior to this role, Van worked as an Operations and HR Consultant at Moonlight Editorial, focusing on talent strategy and performance management. Previous positions include Vice President and HR Business Partner at Two Sigma, managing HR for over 250 employees across engineering groups, and a People Partner at Palantir Technologies, overseeing HR for the Product Development organization during rapid growth. Van’s career began in finance with roles at Citigroup and Wachovia Securities, followed by a tenure as a Senior Investment Associate at Stanford Management Company. Van holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
