Divyesh

Divyesh is the Head of Finance at Rizek. Prior to joining Rizek, Divyesh served as the Finance Lead at Cure.Fit from June 2019 to May 2020. Before that, Divyesh worked as a Finance Manager at Pharmalink from March 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, Divyesh worked as a Finance Manager at Abellon Cleanenergy Ltd from January 2012 to November 2015.

Divyesh’s experience includes day-to-day accounting and statutory compliances, yearly finalization of Accounts, preparation of Project Finance Reports and related workings to get the project fund approved from Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equities, monthly working of VAT, TDS, Service Tax, attending bank queries and providing required information related to renewal of facilities, checking the facility letter, comparison with previous terms and conditions, pointing out any changes, and reporting to Group CFO, preparing budgets and forecasts and presenting the same to the management team on a monthly basis, developing MIS to provide feedback to top management on financial situation of the company including Ratio Analysis for present and future trend, analyzing revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a regular basis, responsible for Preparation of Annual budget, compiling documentation for audit and coordinating with statutory auditors for timely completion of audit, coordinating for Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits, liaison with banker for realignment of overdraft limit, monthly submission of Drawing Power Statements, Quarterly Information Report and other relevant requirements to the bankers, reconciling, adjusting and maintaining Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loan and notes receivables, deferred income accounts, etc., working capital management and cash flow projections, budgeting and MIS.

Divyesh is a Chartered Accountant who specialized in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and Finance. Divyesh did their B.Com from S.K.Somaiya College, Mumbai and CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Divyesh also has a certification from AMA - Ahmedabad Management Association in Export and Import Procedure.
