James Hays

James Hays is a registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in civil and structural engineering. Currently serving as Senior Technical Lead at RIZZO International, Inc. since September 2006, James has previously held positions such as Senior Project Manager at Heyl & Patterson Inc. and Manager of Forensic Engineering Services at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. James's career began at Aker Kvaerner Metals, where significant contributions were made from September 1974 to June 2003. Academically, James holds both a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Pittsburgh, completed in 1978 and 1973, respectively.
