Rich Franco has over 34 years of professional experience. In 2020, they began working as a Project Manager and Executive Workforce Management Consultant for RJ Reliance, Inc., where they lead the execution of client projects and ensures service delivery is optimized. From 2018 to 2020, they owned Mission Franchise, LLC and served as a Certified Franchise Consultant, Advisor, and Coach. From 2014 to 2018, they owned Uncle Richie's Music and entertained and played live music for various events. From 1986 to 2014, they worked for ADP in various roles, including Principal Product Manager/Senior Director, Director of Product Ownership, Project Manager Client Experience, Regional Project Manager, Implementation National Accounts Division, Manager of Hardware Administration, Hardware Engineering, and Branch Administrator.

Rich Franco received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
