Dorothy Jones

Dorothy Jones has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Dorothy started their career as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Duane D. Keller Middle School from August 2001 to June 2003. Dorothy then moved to Hendersonville High School, where they continued teaching as a High School Mathematics Teacher from August 2005 to June 2006. In 2009, Dorothy transitioned into the corporate sector and joined RJ Young as a Customer Training Associate. During this role, they provided onsite training and support to customers for new office equipment and software until June 2015. Dorothy then became a CRM Administrator & Trainer, where they coordinated and conducted software training sessions for sales staff and maintained customer database records until June 2021. In their most recent role at RJ Young, Dorothy served as a DCA Administrator & Wide Format Supply Specialist, focusing on automating printer usage and supply replenishment to improve customer experience with precise invoicing.

Dorothy Jones pursued their education in Mathematics Education from 1997 to 2001 at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
