Timothy Yu

Timothy Yu is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in recruitment, education, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Recruiter at RJR Partners since February 2022, Timothy specializes in GTM recruitment across various functions including Enablement, RevOps/SalesOps, and Executive roles. Prior to this, Timothy held the position of Associate Executive Director at Channel Islands YMCA, overseeing operations and HR for a $6M flagship branch, and managed more than 300 personnel. Timothy's background in education includes roles as a Dual Immersion English Lead Teacher at Glendale Unified School District and various teaching and program director positions at YMCA of the Foothills and NBCUniversal, where responsibilities included curriculum development, instructional design, and talent management. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a teaching credential in Educational/Instructional Technology from Azusa Pacific University.
