Matt Wytas is an experienced executive recruiter currently at RJS Associates since June 2019. Previously, Matt held significant sales and management roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Sonora Medical Systems and Regional Business Manager for Diagnostic Systems at Becton Dickinson, where oversight included a $45 million product portfolio and a team of nine. Awards include the President’s Club recognition in 1998 for top sales performance. Matt’s diverse background in medical technology sales began at Mount Sinai Hospital of Hartford, where foundational skills were developed as a Medical Technologist. Matt holds a BS in Medical Technology from The University of Hartford.
