David Baker

Sr. VP Of Development, Construction & Property Management at RK Centers

David Baker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career in 1980 as an Assistant Director in the NYC Parks & Recreation's Office of Community Relations, where they worked until 1983. From 1985 to 1988, David served as an Assistant Director in the NYC Office of Economic Development, specifically in the Energy Rebate Program. In 1989, they became a Project Manager at Trammell Crow Residential, a position they held until 1994. David then worked as a Co-Owner at Pro-Care Inc. from 1995 to 1999. In 1998, they briefly joined Toll Brothers Inc. as a Project Manager. Finally, since 1999, David has been with RK Centers, where they currently hold the role of VP of Development/Construction & Property Management.

David Baker completed their Bachelor's degree in Government/History at Franklin & Marshall College from 1977 to 1980. David then pursued further education at Columbia | SIPA, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) from 1983 to 1985.
