Kevin Belmont has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in operations and property management roles. From 2001 to 2007, they worked at ServiceForceUSA LLC as the Northeastern Regional Operations Manager, where they provided property operations consulting for retailers, mixed-use, and commercial real estate. Kevin analyzed financial budgets, implemented successful PM programs, and developed criteria for a large portfolio of properties. From 2007 to 2014, they worked at RK Centers, starting as a Senior Property Manager and eventually becoming Vice President Operations.

Kevin Belmont attended Johnson & Wales University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Marketing Management. Their studies focused on Marketing, Advertising, and Business Strategy. Currently, Kevin is still enrolled at Johnson & Wales University, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Organizational Leadership. Kevin is expected to complete their studies in 2023.
