Terry Bates

Terry’s responsibilities include managing a diverse financial team that will play a central role in the successful strategic and operational growth of RK. He is a strong business partner to the CEO and the executive team and is expected to play a critical role in defining and setting corporate strategy. In addition, he analyzes the financials on current operations and provides support for compensation and investments, while also anticipating trends of future financial management opportunities for RK.
