Jessica Costanzo

Jessica Costanzo currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Process Strategy at RKD Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at EAB for nearly a decade, achieving positions from Associate Director to Director of Business Process Strategy, focusing on defining and enhancing business processes, improving efficiency, and delivering complex reporting. Jessica also has experience in education as a Judaics Teacher at Congregation Beth Ahabah and in copywriting at Royall & Company, where both roles involved creating engaging content and managing communications. Jessica holds a B.A. in Literature and Publishing Studies from Hofstra University.
