Ron Turnbow

Ron Turnbow has extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Ron currently works as a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing at RKD Group since November 2023. Before that, they held the position of Global Director of Procurement & Supplier Success at Pontoon Solutions from October 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at StandardAero as the Corporate Procurement Leader (Head of Indirect Spend) from 2020 to 2021, and as the Global Strategic Sourcing Leader from 2017 to 2020. Ron also has experience as the Director of Supply Chain and Manager of Supply Chain Resources at Centuri Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Commodity Manager at First National Bank of Arizona from 2006 to 2008, and as the Manager of Supply Chain Education at the Institute for Supply Management from 2002 to 2005. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Honeywell Aerospace as a Buyer in 2000-2001, and at Boeing as a Purchasing Agent (Internship) in 1999-2000.

Ron Turnbow received a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Ron also holds certifications such as Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (APP) - ISM, American Council on Exercise certified (ACE), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) - ISM, and Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) - APS.
