Ruchi (Amin) Borger

Ruchi (Amin) Borger has a diverse work experience across various companies. Ruchi started their career as a File Clerk at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford, P.C. in 2009 and worked there until 2011. In 2012, they interned as a Human Resource Intern at WITF, Inc. From 2013 to 2016, they held roles as a Recruiter and Staffing/Licensing Specialist at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. In 2016, they became an Administrative Recruiting Coordinator at New Penn Mot. In 2017, they joined YTI Career Institute as an HR Generalist/Recruiter and worked there until 2018. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RKL LLP, where they started as a regular Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in September 2022.

Ruchi (Amin) Borger attended Penn State Harrisburg from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources.
