Stephanie Garris

Stephanie Garris, CAPS, is an experienced property management professional currently serving as a Sr. Regional Manager at RKW Residential since April 2018. Prior to this role, Stephanie held the position of Regional Manager at Camden Property Trust from March 2005 to April 2018, where responsibilities included managing a 266-unit property in South End and achieving high occupancy rates. Earlier experience includes a Community Manager role at Summit, where management of two properties totaling 256 units took place after a promotion from Assistant Manager in 2003. Stephanie holds a NC Real Estate License obtained from the Superior School of Real Estate in 2014 and has completed education at Lone Star College from 1992 to 1995.
