Glen Charles is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop and IT support. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Engineer at RL Canning since August 2019 and as an IT Support Specialist at Kantar since May 2012, Glen has been instrumental in providing both deskside and remote support to over 700 users, including VIP clients. Previous roles include IT Support Analyst at Celgene, Desktop Support at Amor Group, Helpdesk Analyst at The General Healthcare Group Ltd, and Desktop Support Analyst at Roche, where Glen supported numerous users and managed complex IT environments. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, Glen possesses extensive technical skills, including configuration, training, and support across various platforms and devices.
