Phil Goelz

Phil Goelz is a Senior Systems Engineer at RL Controls, LLC, and has held a similar position at Harris Corp since October 2011, focusing on business development for Land Mobile Radio Systems catering to Public Safety, Public Services, and Transportation markets.
