Nicky Richards

Nicky Richards serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee and a Non-Executive Director at Royal London since October 2023. As a Strategic Advisor at Sustineri Global Investment GmbH since February 2022 and a Non-Executive Member of the Investment Sub Committee and Non-Executive Director of the Finance Committee at King's College London since September 2019, Nicky brings extensive expertise to various boards. Nicky has held pivotal roles at Redwheel as both Non-Executive Director and Chairman since July 2014, and previously served as Senior Adviser and Global Head of Equities at Schroders from 2014 to December 2019, overseeing equity teams managing $200 billion of assets globally. Nicky also held leadership positions at MLC Asset Management as CEO & CIO, and at Fidelity International as Group CIO. Nicky's early career includes strategic roles at Schroders, leading investment product strategy and the Hong Kong office. Nicky's educational background includes degrees from London Business School, Meyler Campbell, and Anglia Ruskin University, with a BA (Hons) in Economics & History.
