Darren West began their career in 2005 as an Analyst with the US Department of Defense. In 2007, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Principal/Director, where they were responsible for leading design, dissemination, and development and intelligence analysis teams at the Defense Intelligence Agency, United States Southern Command, and United States Special Operations Command - South. Darren also oversaw the development of advanced analytics programs for the Defense and Military Intelligence Account and led employee retention programs. In 2020, they joined RL Leaders as the VP of Solutions & Senior Program Manager, where they connect America's creative talent with national security's most challenging problems.
