Vinodh Venkatesan

Vinodh Venkatesan is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the IT consulting and e-commerce sectors. As the Founder and CEO of RLabs Enterprise Services Ltd. since April 2017, Vinodh successfully grew the company to achieve approximately $20 million in revenue, overseeing global sales, business strategy, and a workforce of over 1200 IT consultants. Prior to this, Vinodh served as Executive Director at Avvas Infotech, where the consulting division was established under leadership, managing over 1200 consultants and 45 clients across India. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd. and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. Vinodh holds an MBA in Sales and Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Technology from the University of Madras.
