Frans De Jager

Frans de Jager, Director, is a founding member of RLB. He is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, and is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute of Namibian Quantity Surveyors, and the South African Council of Shopping Centres.

He specialises in managing high-value, flagship projects. His areas of expertise include mixed-use precincts, corporate head offices, residential, industrial, and retail.

Frans has a big focus on the development of skills and services within the company and the quantity surveying profession. He has over 30 years’ experience as a professional quantity surveyor and cost consultant.
