Patrik Edvardsson

Patrik Edvardsson has extensive work experience in internal communications and management roles. Patrik currently serves as the Director of Employee Communications & Engagement at RLDatix, where they lead and manages the internal communications team. In this role, they have successfully delivered a new intranet platform that enhances connectivity and effectiveness among colleagues.

Prior to their current role, Patrik worked as an Internal Communications Manager at Linklaters, a global law firm. Patrik managed a team and introduced a centralized support model, developed a business partnering offer, and refreshed the channel strategy. Patrik also supported strategic projects and provided senior leaders with communication support and advice.

Before joining Linklaters, Patrik served as the Head of Internal Communications at Informa's Business Intelligence Division. Patrik expanded the internal communications team, revamped the channel strategy, and implemented a group-wide collaboration platform. Patrik also organized leadership roadshows, lunch and learn sessions, and town hall meetings across global offices.

Earlier in their career, Patrik held various internal communications roles at Experian, where they led internal communications in the EMEA region and managed the internal communications in the region as an executive. Additionally, they worked as a Communications Consultant at Ramböll Sverige AB, where they handled internal and external communications, public relations, and marketing activities.

Patrik has also worked as a Consultant at Euromonitor International and Canadean Ltd, where they managed market research projects for global clients. Patrik started their career as a Research Assistant at Karlstad University, where they focused on involving customers in new service development.

Patrik Edvardsson earned a Master's Degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications Science with a focus on Media and Communication Studies from Örebro University in 2008. Patrik also has additional certifications in MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2020, Leaders of The Future from Linklaters Law & Business School in 2018, and Internal Communications Black Belt from CEB, now Gartner, in 2017.
