Rob Needham

Rob Needham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the technology sector. Rob is currently the Director of Engineering at RLDatix, a position they assumed in November 2022. Prior to that, in 2022, they worked as a PM at Vouch/Goodlord from January to August.

Before joining Vouch, Rob held the position of Head of QHSE Development at Ideagen Plc from October 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they coordinated and managed development teams, ensuring agile methodologies were followed and best practices implemented. Rob closely collaborated with product management and design teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and adherence to delivery timelines.

Earlier in their career, Rob was the Technical Director at Qualsys Ltd from February 2012 to October 2020. During their tenure, they led multiple departments, including development, product, QA, and installation. Rob was instrumental in transitioning the company from a waterfall to an agile development approach and played a key role in setting and leading the product and technology strategy. Prior to their role as Technical Director, Rob served as the Infrastructure Manager at Qualsys Ltd from May 2000 to February 2012.

Rob Needham completed their education at various institutions. In 1996 to 2000, they attended Sheffield Hallam University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Information Systems. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Certificate in Company Direction at the Institute of Directors (IoD). In 2018 and 2019, Rob attended Cambridge Judge Business School for the Barclays Scale Up UK programme in Business/Commerce. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2022.
