Sunita Ferrao

Sunita Ferrao has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sunita started their career as a New Media Technology Analyst at Mercedes-Benz Canada, where they were responsible for developing and implementing various solutions for internal clients. Sunita then worked as a Consultant at Michael Hoult & Associates before joining RL Solutions. At RL Solutions, Sunita held multiple roles, including Client Implementation Specialist, Interim Director of Professional Services, Product Manager, and Director of Project Management. Sunita was accountable for implementation service delivery, managing project managers and delivery owners, and balancing the art and science of product management. Sunita also worked as Interim Head of Product and Engineering Operations at RLDatix, where they ensured process standards were established and mentored the product operations group. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering PMO at RLDatix, where they monitor and supports the SDLC and oversees strategic projects.

Sunita Ferrao holds an Honours BA in Kinesiology & Health Sciences + Psychology from York University, obtained from 1992-1996. Sunita also has a Certificate in Network and System Administration from the Canadian College of Business & Computers, earned from 1998-1999. Sunita later pursued a Masters degree in Strategic Foresight & Innovation from OCAD University, which they completed from 2015-2018. In addition to their degrees, Sunita has obtained several certifications, including Disciplined Agilist from DISCIPLINED AGILE DELIVERY LTD in 2014, PMP (Project Management Professional) from PMI in 2012, PMC (Pragmatic Marketing Certified) from Pragmatic Marketing in 2008, and Barton Certificate in Healthcare Risk Management from ASHRM in 2004.
