Jeevak Badve

Jeevak Badve has a diverse work experience in the automotive and design industry. Jeevak is currently the Director of Innovation Strategy & Business Growth for RLE INTERNATIONAL USA, where they focus on the future of mobility, specifically electrification, autonomous driving, and smart connectivity. Jeevak also works on developing electric vehicle portfolios and specializes in niche market segment vehicle innovation and low-volume production. Prior to their current role, Jeevak was the Director of Innovation Strategy & Business Growth at Huemen/Design by Harman, a strategic design and brand agency. Jeevak has also held leadership positions at Sundberg-Ferar as the Vice President of Strategic Growth and later as the Principal + Director of Strategic Growth. Jeevak has experience in business development and design studio management at American Specialty Cars, Creative Services. Early in their career, Jeevak worked at GM Design Studio as an Alias Sculptor and at Tata Motors as a Research Development Design Engineer.

Jeevak Badve completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1994. Jeevak then pursued a Master's degree in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, which they completed in 1998. Later, in 2009, they earned an MBA in Strategic Business Development and Branding-Marketing from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
