Michelle Rash

Michelle Rash has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communications and journalism. Michelle started their career as a reporter for the News & Record in 1999 and continued in this role until 2003. During this time, they gained valuable experience in reporting and writing. Michelle then joined the Business Journal of the Triad in 2003 as a reporter, covering various industries and writing profiles. After seven years at the Business Journal, Michelle joined RLF Communications in 2010 as an Account Executive. Michelle quickly advanced to Senior Account Executive and then Director, focusing on financial and professional services brands. In 2015, Michelle assumed the role of Vice President at RLF Communications where they are responsible for media and branding strategy, content creation, social media, crisis communications, and thought leadership positioning. Additionally, they serve on the agency's management team and provides guidance and mentorship to more junior employees and interns.

Michelle Rash attended Elon University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
