Donald McLay

Donald McLay currently serves as the Non Executive Chair of RLF AgTech since August 2021. Previously, McLay held various leadership roles, including Non Executive Director at Credit Corp Group from March to November 2021 and Non Executive Chairman at Credit Corp Group Limited from March 2008 to February 2021. Additional positions include Non Executive Chairman at Registry Direct Limited (2017 - October 2020) and Clime Investment Management Limited (February 2015 - October 2020). McLay founded Australian Helicopters, which emerged from the merger of Reef Helicopters and Marine Helicopters, establishing it as the largest Australian-owned rotary wing contractor before its sale to private equity in 2008. Prior experience includes serving as a Director at GMO Australia from 1997 to 2002. McLay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Otago, obtained between 1968 and 1972.
