Bryan T. Fowler

Bryan T. Fowler is the current VP & CIO at RLI. Bryan has also been the founder of InsurTech Advisors from December 2016 to December 2017. Furthermore, they were the Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Oregon Mutual Insurance from September 2010 to December 2016. Bryan is responsible for enterprise wide technology strategy, network infrastructure, enterprise applications, and technology-related business governance, security and compliance activities and processes.
