Chad Perry

Chad Perry currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at RLJ Lodging Trust since April 2023. Previously, Chad held the same role at Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. from November 2011 to April 2023. Prior to that, Chad was the Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at LPL Financial from May 2006 to November 2011 and served as Senior Corporate Counsel at EMC from April 2005 to April 2006. Chad's early career includes working as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 1997 to April 2005. Chad earned a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School between 1994 and 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University, completed in 1994. Chad is an alumnus of St. Albans School in Washington, D.C.
